Dial 2-1-1 to ask about help with diabetes in Brevard

Diabetes FlyerDo you have diabetes? Are you at risk for diabetes? If have high blood pressure or are overweight or if you have a family member with diabetes, you could be at risk.
As part of a partnership with the Florida Department of Health, 2-1-1 Brevard and other 2-1-1’s in the state are emphasizing programs that can help.
Dial 2-1-1 for more information about diabetes prevention, treatment and support.

April 2016 Snapshot2-1-1 Brevard helpline specialists logged 3,471 calls in April. More than 160 callers needed help with electric or gas bills, while almost 140 callers needed food.  Click here to view the report. All “snapshots” for the current fiscal year can be found on the Reports page.
